Manage the Delivery of your Event Technology

After the contracts are signed and the proposals are finalized, the hard work truly begins. If desired, we will travel with you to the venue and act as an extension of your team during the event.

Our defined role on-site is to oversee the Event Technology so you don’t have to, giving you back valuable time to manage the other important aspects of the event. We will oversee the specific details of your contract, physically walking rooms and comparing AV sets to proposals, monitoring and testing network functionality, keeping track of crew call times, and deploying all of our industry tips & tricks to save you money and prevent your hard-earned savings from being wiped away when the doors open.

If a crisis presents itself (as they sometimes do) we will step in to solve the problem or recommend a technical solution, document any service failures, and provide you with valuable information to negotiate a financial settlement.
