No, Negotiate Your Event is strictly a planning business partner. We are subject matter experts in hotel event technology and venue contract negotiation. There are plenty of wonderful companies out there that provide AV rentals, setup dรฉcor, manage custom networking, and produce live & hybrid events. We work with AV providers and production companies, not against them. Please let us know if you need a recommendation and we will gladly provide you with our favorites.

With every client we work with, our goal is to generate enough cost savings that even after our fees are paid, the client still achieves a net cost savings. After learning about you and your event, if we don’t think we can make a significant impact, we will tell you that you don’t need us.
